  I don't know about the whole bank, but this location is a disaster: their customer service is none existent up to insult and insinuation. They resort to bogus claims why they are horrid at their job. Just horrid! I would not let this location manger - manage a lemonade stand; never mind a bank. Disaster artists.

  Did not patronize the bank. you must go through the first floor of the bank to go upstairs to any other local business. Nice building w/8 floors! Parking is in the back, must Ride Slow 2 not pass location....

  Kyle Baker was amazing through my refiance process and Lisa was very nice and pleasnt through out signing and going through all my documents. will recommend this bank to my friends and family.

  I went here today to cash a check and the customer service was terrible. The teller didn't even acknowledge me when I sat down. I gave her my check and she immediately called my job and she told them the signature didn't match. She didn't even tell me what she was doing. After my employer verified the check she didn't apologize or anything. I will never go back there.

  It is unprecedented how bad this location is. I am trying to close this account for two weeks now.
