  They are a good bank, but I’m supposed to get paid via direct deposit from Thursday 12am-12pm, and I don’t receive my check until Friday after 9am, I’ve called to ask questions about it and all I got was attitude. I’ve had good experiences otherwise

  I recently have moved to Florence, SC and needed a local bank. I chose First Reliance. I am a retired purchasing manager and have dealt with hundreds of companies and their employees at all levels. This of course, included customer service professionals of various qualities. I was 'signed-up' at First Reliance by Heather Price. The process was customer friendly and went well. When I attempted to set-up my account online I ran into an IT problem and called her. She got on the phone and immediately corrected the problem. I needed to to do a transfer of funds to another institution and ran into a problem there. Again, a call to her quickly solved the problem. This lady does not work in days or hours as do many.....she gets the job done in minutes. I'm sure First Reliance envisions the expansion of your business. Such professionals as Ms. Price will provide a firm foundation for that effort.

  Although I have only banked with First Reliance Bank for two years, I would absolutely recommend this bank to anyone! They have outstanding customer service and truly care about their customers. They are very active in the local community and makes me proud to be part of such a great organization.

  This by far has been the best bank to work with. First Reliance Bank is a great place to work and take care of all my banking and loans. I recommend them to everyone! If you are not being treated like family you aren't at the right bank!

  I was trying to raise my credit score and went to Mr. Trussell for some advice. He helped and guided me as to what my best options were at that time. I have seen HUGE improvements!! He is very helpful and I am grateful. The ladies inside the bank on Palmetto Street are always so helpful and friendly too! Love my bank!!! #FIRSTRELIANCEBANK

  I’ve banked at First Reliance Bank since 2001 and I value the relationship. From the tellers to the board of directors, they are all great at personal customer service and easy to talk to. They’ve done my mortgages, vehicle loans, checking and savings accounts, and have never failed me. Even when problems come up, they are ready to make things right, and as a customer I have appreciated how easy it is to talk with managers or senior board members. They earned my 5-star rating.

  I have used this bank since they opened, for business and personal accounts they are always pleasant and will do all it takes if there's a problem until problem is solved I would recommend them to anyone I know
