  Horrible customer service!! Do not bank here if u need customer service after 5pm!! They will take your money then say it takes 5-7 business days to sort any issue you may have. I will be looking for another banking institution as soon as possible. Every number they have connects you to someone at a call center and not a location. Very disappointed in this bank!!

  Lindsey provided me with excellent five star service yesterday helping with all my financial questions and needs. She was very professional and attentive in getting me everything I needed. This bank is awesome and I look foward to a long term relationship with Sharonview. Thanks again Lindsey

  This credit union is the worst I ever bank with. My information was stolen last year. I wasn't using my card. I called to make sure the account was ok to deposit my check in. I was then told two charges was place on my account n they could only credit back one. Only thing they could say was sorry. I paid the charge tht was on my account do to I didn't want it to go on my credit. Called today to find out did I have over draft protection. They told me know because I had n account tht was charge off remind y'all I paid the amount tht they claim they couldn't credit me back. They still send my account to be charge off. I explain to the rep tht I paid it off n my information was stolen n it wasn't my fault , only thing I got was sorry. I will be closing my account n going to a different bank or credit union. U just don't apologize n don't even care bout fixing the problem. Don't need to bank with no bank like this. My sister was also with this bank n also left. Do ur research before u open n account here.
