  The experience with David and his team was exceptional.   Dave is incredible. I used his group to help with purchasing my home using my VA loan.   Dave completed the refinancing of our house during the refinancing boom of 2020. He found a lender with a rate that was 1.25% lower than our current rate. He was dead on with his numbers relating to the costs and the refunds as well as professional and responsive to all my questions. The process went rather quickly considering how many refinance applications were going on at the time. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking to refinance.
