      Everytime I go to Citizens, everyone is so nice and helpful. I recently went regarding my debit card, i lost my pin number (long story) and leave for Korea soon (military) and needed to be able to withdraw money from my account. Adina took the time to help me and figured everything out. She was patient and kind and went out of her way to show me things and make sure I understood everything. She made sure my account wouldn't get locked out when I go overseas. I was considering switching banks but because of this experience i will be staying with Citizens
