      71 Days of having my sellers home under contract and Turned Buyer down. Loan Officer said buyers approval was contingent on re-scoring credit. His pre approval letter we granted contract under has nothing about that. Deceitful business. I have been in Real Estate 30 years. Stay away from this lender.

      Don't use this mortgage company. Not only will you not close on time, you will be frustrated and stressed out wondering if you will ever get to the closing table. This company will ignore phone calls, pretend to put you on hold when they really are not, and will not do the work they have been requested to do in a timely manner for the good of their clients.
