  William has always explained things very well. He will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. We look to John to provide us with honest & reliable information & have never been disappointed. He is always our 1st option, if we need loan help.

  I wish I can give First Option (-) negative stars. First of all, let me say that our Loan Officer, Ja Berry was professional, sincere, and hard working from beginning to end. Its unfortunate that she works for a third world mortgage company. First Option was great in the beginning but was a complete NIGHTMARE at the end!!! I would NOT recommend First Option Mortgage to any potential home buyer. The underwriter needs to be FIRED immediately as to how she disrespects loan clients. The underwriter does his/her best to work against the loan client. The underwriter does his/her best to keep you from closing on a home by asking irrelevant questions about your personal life, changing the closing amount at the last date, and having a total disregard of humanity. This could all be in due to the fact that I was a minority home buyer with big dreams of purchasing a new home. I was finally able to close on my house but not until they caused alot of un necessary stress all the way up to the closing date. I will be opening a case with Fair Housing Dept/HUS to investigate. I want to make sure First Option doesn't do this to anyone else.

  Being a fist time homeowner. MARIE H. and her experience on owning my first house made it a smooth ride considering COVI-19 and everything is threw appointments in banks and pretty much everything. Im very thankful. She has help two of my siblings be homeowners. Very knowledgeable.

  Best experience with refinancing and also buying a house for my daughter . Carolina has been the best lender I have worked with , totally recommend her , she is very knowledgeable and friendly and always there to answer any questions , plus most important gets you a great interest rate at the end , will continue to use her in future home loans!!!
