  I started with a big national lender who I could tell from the start wouldn’t meet my needs. I was referred to Northpoint by my realtor and I was certain I made the right choice after the first conversation. They provided much needed personal customer service that you just don’t get anymore. Super responsive and accessible, very focused on the quality of service and products offered, and they acted as an advocate on my behalf when submitting offers. Even at close they had all of their ducks in a row an confirmed all documents to a point where the lawyers were surprised. There is so much stress involved with moving but Lou Sarris and team completely took that part of my worry away. I didn’t think it would matter who I worked with for my financing but after working with this company I came to realize that having dedicated professionals in your corner matters. Just hire these folks at Northpoint and you will not regret it.

  Lou was great and responsive throughout the process. I especially appreciated a follow-up phone call from him after closing to hear about our experience, solicit feedback, and answer some final questions. There were some complications in my scenario due to self-employed verification, relocation from another part of the country requiring power of attorney at closing, and an undisclosed HOA initiation fee that came up at the last minute. Regardless, we were still able to close with our aggressive timeline and I would definitely use Lou again.

  Lou was so on top of everything and keeping me informed of where we were in the process. He was always available to answer questions, and most of all was so respectful of how I asked to communicate based on the needs of my family and I. Lou was actually a "person" with me and that goes a long way, I spoke with other lenders who felt like sleazy salesman, which is why ultimately my husband and I chose to go with Lou!
