  We recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a new home through First Option Mortgage, headed by Joey Birkle. He and his team took all the pressure off and really reduced the stress of such a big decision. He was available ANY time, any day. He explained everything really well and has a team of people who are experts in their individual roles so everything goes really smoothly. We received several emails with very clear instructions, high-lighted important figures, etc. This is the fifth house we've purchased and the best experience we've had with obtaining a mortgage. I would definitely recommend him and their group!

  Nicole Lidester was our listing agent, and my wife and I could not be happier. We were first time home buyers, and she guided us every step of the way. She was every bit as knowledgeable as she was amicable. When we had a problem come up, she was there to help. She would respond within minutes and always knew the fix. Then, when we finally found our dream home, she contacted the seller's agent and recommended our offer. The sellers told us at closing that they chose our offer over many others because of this.
