  They do a good job. It's a whole team effort. Which is why 3 stars. Just as you get familirized with one person another then takes over. I mean it's the industry and they're very good at letting you contact anyone to help. Just a little to pass the buck for my liking.

  I had a really great experience working with Kyle Benedict and team. Kyle was very energetic in all our conversations and made the loan approval process as stress-free as possible. His team was very quick in replying to my questions/concerns regarding the loan process. They also have an online portal which makes it easier to manage submission of documents and keep track of them. I would definitely recommend Kyle and his team to anyone buying a home.
