  If you need any assistance whatsoever or don’t feel comfortable depositing a check to the atm, you’ll have to drive 45 minutes to the next closest BofA. This is terrible on their part and on top of that their phone representatives don’t care and are trained to be like robots. Don’t expect Bank of America to be sympathetic to your needs.

  Absolute garbage ATM. Always broken. They don’t care about business owners in the high desert, because the nearest open branch is 45 min away.

  The branch is shut down and up for sale. Front atm is boarded up and the drive up is operational, good luck with the line tho.

  All ATMs are always broken... One drive threw ATM working and 30+ minute waits are common here...

  Worst bank in the area, be prepared to wait at least 20+ minutes for one of the poorly functioning atms. B of A decided to close they're only branch in the area just before the area boomed, tells you how smart they are...

  They cannot really expect To stay open with no people working in the bank. The next closest bank has no people working in it either

  No lobby any longer. ATMs are dysfunctional. Ithe deposit function did not work second atm was completely down. Huge long line for one atm. Feel like we are not important .

  They conveniently have the ATMs dysfunctional on Labor Day weekend. Worse bank ever.

  The bank is terrible. ATMs never work. I definitely need to find a new bank

  Lobby is closed and the ATMs always have ridiculously long lines, always have to go to Desert Hot Springs location.
