Jordan T1Customer service has gone downhill in the 12+ years we have banked here. Covid has become an excuse to limit their hours even more. The lobby is not open. You can’t reach a live person on the phone. The local number routes you to an 800 number. If you press 3 “to speak with someone at the local branch,” it hangs up on you! The drive through hours are pitiful and inconsistent. Since the lobby is closed, there are rarely less than 10 cars in line at the drive through, making it at least a 20 minute wait. US bank also closed the downtown drive through recently, so this has increased the traffic at 17th street branch. I notified the manager of this branch about my concerns recently and he was extremely defensive and rude.

Mrs. Net1I've been with this bank for 25 years. I can't believe how it's changed. I called to report a transaction and get a new card and was my call was taken hostage by a scammer who answered their number two times on the USBank line trying to sell me all kinds of products I didn't want and wouldn't connect me to where I needed to go and tried to get my personal information, like my social security number, address, etc. Trying to get me to pay money for products I didn't want. I couldn't believe it. The third time I called the USBank number again, I got the actual US bank line to report the transaction and got connected and was on hold forever and then was told to go to my local branch. When i went, the lobbies are closed so I went to the drive through, where i was almost robbed by a large man who came up on my car and demanded money. They have no security anywhere. So I took off to another branch where the drive through was backed up and waited for 40 minutes to get to someone. Ridiculous. All to find out I had to go back to the main number to wait forever to get a new card because you can't go into the lobby anymore. I looked up online to see if anyone had a call experience like mine and others had the same experience of someone else answering the USBank number. Not so secure anymore.

Jan Wattles2We wanted to cash a check from an insurance company, and have a contract motorized. We were told we could cash the check, so we drove there, 3 people all on the check from different parts of town. We got there and were not able to get either things done, because of misinformation on their part. So many choices, but not this one for me. Stockman’s always comes through and with a great customer service doing it.

Casey S2Spoke to a man on the phone, I wish I remembered his name, but just condescending and acted like there was nothing he could do for me as far a fee they charged me for a bad check from someone else. I know the bank is already charging a fee to the person who wrote the bad check, and now I get a fee for their bad check. Calling in, most decent people would waved it since you took the time and effort. Just left a bad taste in my mouth cause he was very unkind about it.

I been cashing my checks there since they are drawn off of us bank and never once been charged a fee or told of one now suddenly I have to pay a fee for them to cash one of there own checks please explain this to me as the employees can't seem to
