  Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Service was exceptional and all my questions and concerns were answered. Made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this Bank to all my friends and family. However, you need to go in and experience it yourself. At First National Bank of South Miami, they didn't treat me like another customer as some larger Banks would. This was more of a personal one on one touch. If you need help with internet banking, they have a station at their branch where they can coach you and show you how to use their products.

  This a great bank. It offers its clients all the services the big banks do but in a very personal way. When I visit or call the bank I feel like I was at Cheers, where everybody knows your name. You get immediate and personalized service. I particularly happy with my "Super Banker", Mr. Michael Yap. I've been banking there for over 20 years and he has always gone the extra when I call on him.

  Great customer service! I bank with another big bank but First National Bank of South Miami always provides the best customer service. They are fast and help me with everything I need. When I’m on the go their app is convenient and user friendly.

  Hands down the best bank in Miami! They go above and beyond for their clients and will treat you like family! We hold multiple of our business accounts and loans with them!   Mr. Michael Yap, at this bank has always been helpful to our family and our family has been with FNBSM for many, many years! Today, he helped us through an unpleasant experience when I discovered that a check had been stolen. We opened another account with his expertise and helpful, timely work. The same thing had happened after a computer hack, he helped then too. I cannot say enough for the kind manner in which Mr. Yap was able to guide us through the process. I have always asked for him first, for any matter, as my mother did before me! Many thanks again to him for the handling of our issues today!

  I have been with First National Bank Of South Miami for over 20 years, I would never change my banking institution!! FNBSM staff Michael Yap, Sandra and Janet Walsh to mention a few that stand out are caring and extremely knowledgeable and helpful have always gone above and beyond their duties at the bank with not only myself and my husband but my children also! They both opened up accounts as children and to this day still have and use their accounts! My mother and father also have used FNBSM for over 20 years as well! I truly think of them and close friends of the family!! FNBSM also are constantly updating their system to always give us maximum protection for our money and personal information. In June my husband and I moved to Ocala and will still continue to use and keep our accounts. I really do not think I will ever change to another bank that treat me like a number instead of a friend! I will also always highly recommend FNBSM to anyone that will listen or asks me about my banking!! WE LOVE YOU FNBSM and Staff!!

  I contacted this bank to open a retirement account and I was bringing a lot of money over from one of my 401Ks so, we asked Veronica Birch Flores for a better interest rate. I was opening an account with more than $150,000 so, like any informed consumer, I need to apply economies of scale here. Unfortunately, her office is poor on communication so, I had to open my account elsewhere. I tried to support the smaller community banks but, level of service is far below that of the larger national banks.

  I highly recommend First National Bank of South Miami for all personal and commercial banking needs. I have been a customer there for 37 years, and they are incredibly professional, responsive and helpful in so many ways. It has been a wonderful relationship with the bank for many decades and I hope many decades to come. I cannot say enough good things about the bank and the good people that work there.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Michael Yap at 1st National Bank of South Miami. His service was excellent, and he was very patient and attentive in helping us get our tasks accomplished. It is really nice to have a long-standing community bank in our back yard to rely on for our banking needs, and that knows you personally.

  I have been a client of First National Bank of South Miami for many decades and have always found them to be very accomodating, efficient and most importantly pleasant to deal with. Whether it was while I was in business and needed loans, sometimes, on short notice or since I retired and need help with more mundane things they are always ready to be of assistance with a smile. I have been especially pleased with my private banker, Michael Yap, whose seems to enjoy going the extra distance to help me and my wife.
