  It was a wonderful experience working with Alexandra. Not enough words can be used to express how grateful I am to her. I was searching for a home in a different city, and after just touring a few homes together to get a sense of what I wanted, she was able to tailor all of her future recommendations to my needs. Ultimately, she found me the perfect home, one that I didn't even see in person until closing. She was incredibly attentive and responsive, and impressively available at almost all hours. She was very accommodating to my needs, understood the type of home I wanted, and knew how to write the kind of offer that led to our landing the right home. Most importantly, she also knew when to avoid being too aggressive with our offers, particularly when she knew I was feeling discouraged. I'm so grateful, and will definitely be recommending her to all of my acquaintances and utilizing her for future purchases.

  I have never worked with a more attentive, professional, responsive, and caring agent as Alexandra. Every step of the way she made me feel like my wishes and desires were her #1 priority and would never hesitate to help with anything I needed. She got the sale of my Condo done in a matter of weeks and at the asking price I wanted. Thanks to her I can now move to my new city with no stress about what's back here. If I ever need to buy or sale another property, no matter where I'm at, she's the one I'm going to call. HIGHLY recommend her!

  Alexandra Rojas is the best realtor that we have had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely knowledgeable in both sales and rentals which made us feel extremely at ease when purchasing our home. She is very punctual - always arrives to appointments early and checks in with clients before arriving to make sure they’re ok. Besides being extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual, Alexandra is very caring. She always made us feel like we were family - even after the deal was done. She checks in on holidays and always remembers birthdays - not a lot of realtors care this much and that’s what separates her from the rest. Will definitely work with Alexandra in the future!

  I cannot say enough great things about our Realtor, Alexandra Rojas. We were looking for a retirement/second home in Miami, FL, even though we were residing in California. She was kind and patient while explaining to us the differences encompassing a home purchase in FL, and was able to explain the process even before we started. Once we made our decision to move forward, she was able to provide detail videos of potential homes, lists of available properties, and had specific information on home locations. She knew the neighborhoods down to each street and was able to specifically review each home/location for us. After a couple of weeks, we found a home that we liked. Alexandra was able to communicate with the owners and prepared the purchasing contract. Once approved, Alexandra was very responsive while dealing with the sellers and closing issues. She was always able to change and re-arrange meetings to ensure the closing went forward uninterrupted and immediately dealt with home issues such as needed repairs. Because of her knowledge and flexibility the home was closed within a month and we are VERY satisfied with the purchase, the process, and most importantly with Alexandra. Thank you Alexandra for your help and we will definitely use your services in the future. Looking forward to our move to FL.

  We had an awesome experience listing and selling our home with Alexandra Rojas. She came highly recommended, as she sold my son and daughter-in-law’s home last year. They had such a great experience with her, so it was only natural that we too would utilize her services. I was retiring and we were relocating to Texas, so the timing was important. We had a few hiccups along the way, our first contract fell through in September and in less than a week, she found a buyer and we were under contract again! Alexandra was always professional, personable and positive. She kept us apprised of what was happening during the entire process. She was very responsive, always answering and returning texts, phone calls and emails. She knows her profession very well; no wonder she is so successful! I highly recommend her if your buying or selling a home in the South Florida area. You don’t need to look any further, Alexandra is the best!!   Alexandra Rojas is an incredible realtor. Her overall knowledge in the Miramar area and real estate goes beyond any other realtor I have worked with in the past. Alexandra had an answer to every one of my questions and showed great patience when knowing that she was answering some of the same questions more than once.
