      We have had great customer service and they are changing to another bank name. But they are retaining most of their wonderful staff they have had for several years from my understanding.

      Made to wait over an hour for a notary before anyone offered me suggestions to another branch or told that it would be a while. When someone finally looked at my paperwork, they decided they could not certify my papers to cash two 50$ savings bonds. What a waste of two hours. Complete incompetence with the teller.
