  The experience hasn't been good. We made a property loan and that process was fine. Their online site is trash. I had to call to request an account to access their site. I had to message them to fix my account several times, and I still can't see any of my payments, I still can't pay online and I can't see any information about my loan other than I have a loan. No one is available after hours, no even a call tree. Very frustrating.

  Finally a bank that will make you happy! I've banked at AAFCU and Wells Fargo for decades in the past- both have made me feel so frustrated. I'd wait & wait & wait in their lines. When I'd get to the counter, they'd have no idea who I was. They charged me a massive $32 fee the one time I bounced a check. I'm so excited to say that these things DO NOT happen at First National!! When I walk in the door, I receive a smile and a greeting by name. WOW! They also let me know that if I ever happen to need overdraft protection, they'll cover my mistake temporarily and not charge me a fee. WOW! They also provide totally free checking, easy-to-use online banking, and other financial services, like a HELOC, which I was able to open quickly with no hassle. I'm so grateful for a bank that treats me with such respect and excellent customer service. Big thanks to Quentin & the entire team at First National!

  My ELDERLY Grandmother and I called on speaker phone to get some account information. Selena was the WORST customer service representative that could have answered the phone. She increasingly got frustrated with my Grandmother and was absolutely no help whatsoever she was very unprofessional.

  Over the past three years they've mistakenly gave someone money out of my account (similar bank account number), they put my deposit into another person's account twice (again, both were similar bank account numbers. Their ATMs are frequently down, trapping my money unless I go to another ATM and pay a fee. The lady at the LA drive through can't even be bothered to say hi, thanks, or anything-- very rude! They do not have any weekend hours. If you will be satisfied with this level of service, then I recommend you bank with them because they are local. Otherwise, run to another bank. EDIT: They respond about the fact that I stated they do not have weekend hours (just a note for people interested, not a major complaint), but do not mention the fact that they fail at basic third grader math skills like properly transposing account numbers. Unreal. Whomever responded...be part of the solution, not the problem. Thanks in advance. I'd be MOST concerned about account errors which impact customers financially instead of defending your 'right' to have time off.

  Some times i feel neglected....i dont get a positive reception...i been feeling this way for awhile....its not akk the time but it doesnt feel friendly or welcoming . i have really felt a kinda cold reception....

  Very much a rip off charging ten dollars to close a bank account that is less than a year old!!!!
