  Almost every time I go to this bank they close their doors before the time of closing. It's very disappointing and unprofessional. The bank normally closes at 5 pm. Hence I expect you to be closed at 5pm. Not 4:30 pm, not 4:45pm not even 4:55pm. Simply, 5pm. Thank you.

  I was just told they charge 20% to take back coins. I just spent 2 hours rolling coins, and they have the audacity to tell me they’re going to take my money. Every bank should be torn down.

  Hello Mr. Rowe, We understand your concern about paying fees. We do not charge fees to deposit or exchange coin for our customers. If you're interested in banking with us, we can put you in touch with the right folks to help you out. If not, we would recommend that you contact your bank or credit union where you have your checking or savings account and it's likely you would be able to save yourself a few bucks and deposit directly into one of those accounts.   I asked for two $100 bills for gifts at Christmas time. I was told I couldn't have them because they didn't have enough. Enough? It seams they had the bills but I wasn't worthy of getting two of them. I opened an account at the bank across the street.
