First National Bank Reviews

Lauren Murphy1I’ve been a customer for 16 years. Commerce and then metro and then First National Bank. However as a result of an interaction with assistant manager Maritza Pellot in April I decided to ultimately close my account. I have NEVER in 16 years been treated with such rudeness and disdain. Using profane language and arguing in front of customers with me. I left embarrassed and upset. I’m just closed my account today and couldn’t be happier to leave this bank.

Dwayne Wolfe1They are not professional. Rude , hung the phone on me while I was speaking . I wouldn’t trust them with a penny respectfully.

Beth Newkirk5I called this branch to order checks after having difficulty ordering online and by phone through the check service provider. My call was answered right away and Peyton provided quick and exceptional customer service. I have received great service at the other local FNB branches over the years.

Mary Èllen Zimmerman5I've been a member for over 13 years--great staff--great service--I moved 4 yrs. ago and the branches aren't that close now (especially since the Centerville Branch, which was closest to my new house, was closed) but I have no intention of changing banks even though another bank is just a short walk from my new house.

Emily Carranza1I called the customer service line to possibly have a bank fee reversed. They said they would contact the branch and I would hear back with in a day. I also called the Manheim pike branch to talk to someone about a fee reversal. I was told they would talk to the manager and call me back that day to let me know if it was possible. That was a WEEK ago. I still have not received a phone call. Even if the fee could not be reversed a phone call still would have been appreciated. Apparently their customers aren't worth their time.

Mujtaba Mahmood5I prefer fnb over other local banks because of the ease of processing and the nice people who work there from manager to the tellers. I recommend opening an account there.
