Mujtaba Mahmood1Super rude customer service. A cashier at a local grocery store can give a better service. This bank is a disaster. Everyone has an attitude. All what I asked was a deposit and then I asked for some change in quarters (I was super nice to her). she was like "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?? BECAUSE I COULD DO ALL OF THAT AT ONCE!!" I immediately took my money and left. There was no one in the branch except me as a customer. They had full staff working behind the counter. This happened right in front of the branch manager who could not care less. So sad to see this is happening at a bank who claim serving the community! You are far behind serving Lancaster, you don't even deserve being in this great community.

Johnny Lever1Thief doesn't accept the overdraft protection that if you are not signed the transaction should be declined. For 40 cent I got 37 dollar charges. I told them I didn't opt in to cover my overdraft they said it's my responsibility to know what I have and what I should spend. In 2010 there was a new law to cover people from these thief banks. To not charge customers unless they sign to cover them. But this bank doesn't accept this law by federal reverse The overdraft protection law stops banks from automatically enrolling customers in overdraft coverage. ... Banks usually charge a fee of around $35 for each of these transactions. In 2010, the Federal Reserve declared that by default a bank must reject transactions if an account lacks sufficient funds

Mark Rebert5Debbie and her team go above and beyond. They take care of their smaller customers just as well as their large banking clients. I have used many banks for business and personal accounts over the year and never had such personal attention. I can contribute part of my success to this relationship.

Dave Augustine5I dealt with a huge headache of a situation due to an error from my Pay Pal account that was linked with my First National Bank account. I have nothing but high praise for the customer service I received. Khalique and Jennifer were both very helpful in rectifying the situation when Pay Pal wanted nothing more than to read me a script from their "customer service department."

Karina Ortiz1Women at the front desk ( blonde hair ) was very rude. She made it seem like it was a problem to take care of me & get what I need . People like this shouldn't be hired at a bank or anywhere. Terrible experience.
