      horrible customer service at this bank. it's their "policy" that you can't cash paychecks unless you have the money in your account to cover the amount. i've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. the tellers and the manager are rude and unhelpful, basically hanging up on you when you tell them they haven't done something properly. i asked to have a debit card ordered over two weeks ago, it never came because they "forgot" to put the order in. awful. i will be closing my account immediately.

      So I got a payroll check today from my company, handwritten drawn off of First National Bank. I take it there and the lady tells me that she can not cash checks drawn of of First National Bank... The same place this lady works at. What has happened America? Im completely lost at this point.
