      I just signed paperwork with FNB Ankeny to close on my loan to purchase a building for my business. Tom Friedman was amazing through the whole process. Having never purchased a commercial building before, he made the process smooth and we never missed a beat.       I believe it has been over 10 days since I was told I would be receiving my debit card. I need some cash and have NO way of getting it. I am very disappointed in the banks service and they are not helpful whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend First ,National Bank to my worst enemy!

      Wonderful people. Even in a “national change shortage” they are still willing to help out a non-account holder get change. I was turned down at 4 other locations before this one had the true customer service to help me.

      We really like the bank and the people that assist us. The drive through opens at 8:30, not 7:30 as listed on Google.

      Horrible customer service! Can never get a hold of the representative that was supposed to be assisting! Not customer friendly in any way! After trying to get simple answers for 3 weeks, gave up and went to have a truck financed somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here!
