      They've always been very helpful (using the Johnston branch). BUT VERY UNDEPENDABLE for being open even during 'regular' banking hours. And if you have something that has to actually be done in person, that can't be an issue.

      Been with this bank through several name changes. Basically 40 years. I am changing banks. Tired of driving 15 minutes to find the bank closed despite the website hours showing otherwise. Getting way to common. The Johnston bank is even worse.

      I was referred to this bank from a family member. I met Ryan Riviere and was glad I did! He set up a checking and savings accounts from myself and 2 teenage kids.       Went to cash a check that some one who banks there wrote me. Got charged a $7.50 fee for not being a customer. I would never in my life bank there.
