  I was upfront about situation, applying for HELOC. I explained it’s time sensitive. Today, after 2 weeks, Catherine goes back to items discussed day one with another manager. She was rude on the phone, I said never mind, and soon after notified FNB submitted inquiry on credit anyway? I’ve wasted week, trying to go the easy route. She was rude enough that I’ll be moving all accounts to new bank next week. 2 stars cause I do like others that work at this Branch.

  Eileen the bank manager and the rest of the staff there are GREAT! If we ever need anything or have questions they are quick at getting the right answer. May not be same day but they always get the right answer which is the most important thing. They return phone calls and very friendly when you call or go to the bank. This FNB has top notch customer service!

  Worst banking experience ever Karen the bank teller was very rude from the moment I entered the branch she yelled at me for not using a deposit slip supplied at the kiosk then she handed me a deposit slip and would not fill it out but Sarcastically gave me a lesson on how to at that point I was done being insulted so I had asked if I could be helped by another teller she became very angry and took my deposit slip that I just filled out and ripped it up! I was so in shock by the way she acted towards me and I’ve never been treated like that before I definitely will not return to the Heidelberg branch!

  FNB has the most expensive free checking accounts ever. Their mobile app doesn't always work and because of this they will charge you overdrafts. The people at this branch are rude and dismissive, and FNB's customer service is even worse. If you value your hard earned money I suggest you bank else where, They will work extremely hard to figure out any way to take your money from you. and then dismiss you like your garbage then call you liar. if I could give them 0 stars I would.

  Eileen and the entire staff need replaced! Worst banking experience Ive ever had. Id give negative stars if I could. Beware!

  This is a church, not a bank :) guess I will seek out first national elsewhere.
