  Don Bruce is an outstanding mortgage broker. I refinanced my home with Don and he made the process so simple and hassle free. In addition to this, He had the best rates and I was able to waive escrows for taxes and insurance! I am also a top producing real estate agent and had sent 2 purchase transactions to Don. In this incredibly fast paced and competitive market, don was able to close on both transaction in under 30 days. Oh, and of those transactions had been turned down by another lender and Don took it over and we successfully closed with no issues. Needless to say, I highly recommend Don Bruce and he is now my go to mortgage guy.
