  It's a new transition I understand that but this is ridiculous people can't access their accounts they have only 2 personal bankers trying to deal with the customers I've been in here for an hour and they have called only 1 person so far really makes me want to take my business elsewhere

  Used to get good customer service when they were Great Lakes Bank. Service has gone downhill ever since they got new staff after the switch.

  I keep a fair amount of money at this bank but they no longer offer a restrrom for customers. Silly complaint I know but it really bothers me.

  I visited this bank today I spoke with the head banker not teller about a document i needed from the bank he was rude he told me he was unable to do it when i had been told they can he acted as if i was wasting his time because he had more important business to take care of he was very unprofessional and non helpful to say the least

  This location is horrific I usually go to the Munster location but thought I would stop this one since it was down from where I was running my errands never again .

  Long wait lines on multiple visits. Unable to schedule appointments online or by calling local branch. Time to move my money.
