      I have been a Crestwood customer since 1987,so when I called the local number all I got was the computer runaround. then I get transferred to loan dept., after 22 mins, then she says what do you want, then I hold again only to be told wrong dept. then I hold again and guess what, I'm finally talking to somebody and then I am disconnected, no call back, ridiculous! WHAT have I been PAYING FOR, all these years?!?

      On most days they only have one teller at desk inside an on drive up. If they only would have let's say two tellers at each station it'd go quicker. Other then that this is my main branch I go to.

      This bank really needs a new set of bankers. They continually forget how to do things and make mistakes. Something that takes 5 min ends up being 40 minutes here.
