CCH Location (post Covid-19) One teller! One drive through lane! Wait time is utterly ridiculous! Perhaps they can send MORE TELLERS from other branches OR hire additional workers. Save your lunch hour & visit another locale until this situation gets remedied!

The bank manager is rude and does not listen I have to repeat myself multiple times and she still does not understand , no such thing as customer service at this branch anymore , 45 years of banking here it's a shame !!!
