  Whatever you do don't try to call these people. I was on the phone 20 minutes the first time, hung up waited awhile and called back 27 minutes later hung up screw you people I'm sure we might be changing banks. Very bad customer service.

  I did an online application never got a call back. So I called in, they said they had a bug in the system that messed up my application. I spoke with someone on the phone about opening up an account. I asked what I needed to bring. Arrived the next day. Was told to wait. Waited a very long time. They let someone pass me. Waited some more. Finally got to talk to someone who said that I needed more documents than I brought among other things. Im not going to waste another second in that bank, I’d rather just go somewhere else. My advice to the readers — find a bank that is reliable and credible. This bank is not that.

  Just went to the drive thru on 8/8/20 and as soon as I stopped my car, she says “Good Morning Mrs White. How are you doing?” They are all so sweet and helpful. She did my deposits really fast. I always go to my bank on Lincoln Hwy. This is why I go here. I will never change. You are treated like a person and not a number. It’s like the small banks I have always gone to except they aren’t small. My Home Town Bank. Thank you everyone. Vonei White

  It's a bank nothing special workers are there to work. But I did close my acct. When the new bank took over new people went in and their personalities weren't the greatest.
