  Aaron has been so amazing to work with these past couple of years, having to do a HELOC on our home and so helpful in answering all of my questions. He's knowledgeable and even if he isn't sure about a question asked, he will get the answer for you in a timely manner. I will continue to go to Providence Bank for my needs because of people like Aaron, who is down to earth and a really good person. Also, Erica has been super great as well with answering questions for me as we are refinancing our home. It has been very helpful and a pleasure to be able to have people you can trust and have friendly conversations with them either over the phone or by email.   We worked with Samantha Salabay when we opened our account 3 weeks ago. What a pleasure it was working with her. And I have had several questions since then and she responds promptly. I highly recommend Sam to you should you if you have account issues at Providence Bank. And So far we love having this bank. We had online banking (only) for numerous years, so it is nice to once again have an actual bank we can go to for personalized assistance.

  We use Providence Bank for all of our business banking needs. They helped facilitate our business purchase and assisted with our SBA loan. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and provide us with excellent customer service to this day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank relationship.

  I love this Providence back. people are so friendly and polite. They know exactly what they're doing they catch things if you miss it oh, they had great fraud protection. They make sure that you have the best baking experience that you can have I would suggest this bank to anybody

  Classic crooks. I have two fraudulent charges, get overdraft fees by these two fraudulent charges. But this is not all, I tried to dispute them and the manager tells me "Pay it or go to another bank". Probably is more racism than anything else.
