      If I could give this bank a lesser review… I would. I wouldn’t second it either. If you have a problem with your account, it’s not prioritized. If they have a problem with your account. Trust me it’s at the top of their list. Yikes… go to chase.

      Have recently had my account hacked into.. charging my account and putting it into the negative..I realized the problem called the bank. Found who the culprits are and asked that my account be kept open until I come in. It was bill paying time and I need my account open for another day. The woman I spoke to on St.Rd 37 in Fort wayne ,In. Did not do what I asked.. she closed my account without saying and I am disabled. Unable to get to my bank when another decides. I am being charged additional $ for late payments. Cannot feed my animals today and have nothing to drink.. I've been with grabill bank who was taken over by first merchants for 25 - 30 yrs. I have had the worst banking experiences for the past 2 yrs since they have taken over.

      The teller inaccurately placed a check into my Health Savings Account instead of my regular checking account. I have had an ongoing issue trying to have it resolved for 3+months.
