  She’s very patient and always answers all my questions via text and call. She’s a very fast responder and very good at explaining. Since English is my secondary language, she makes sure I understand everything and helped me throughout the whole process. I’m very glad I met someone like her. Without her it would be hard for me to buy a house. Even though I’m a first time home buyer, everything went smooth and easy.

  The company takes too long processing loan but they take money for assessment the very day you get in contact with them knowing fully that they won’t do anything about it. In my case it was refinancing I wanted to do with them. I have excellent credit score. After assessment I called and call no one picked my calls. I was with them for 3months with no date for closing. I Had to go to another company, I did closing exactly 2weeks I contacted them. I just wasted $399.00 for assessment. Of course I had to pay another money to the new company that eventually gave me the loan. I will never recommend Caliber home loan for anybody not even my enemy..

  The local office was great and easy to work with, Scott and the rest of the team were amazing. Now the corporate side of the business is absolutely awful! You will sit on hold for long periods of time trying to get any information and every time you talk to a representative they tell you something different! I have to work hand and hand with them after having a insurance claim for a house fire and they have made several errors with funding and the lack of internal communication about things that needs to be done or have been done have delayed my home repairs over a month! After going through a fire and losing almost everything dealing with their unprofessionalism has made this nightmare even worse! The lack of communication, professionalism, following processes and empathy ensures I would never recommend them to anyone that has any other option!

  I recently purchased a home using Caliber and it was a great experience. I personally dealt with Scott, Lacey, and Trish. They were always professional and caring as they had a lot on the table having to deal with me; I can be a pain at times. I would highly recommend using Caliber homes when purchasing a home. Thanks again guys!

  Caliber was very welcoming toward my family and I during our process. They answered all our questions, and helped us with any concerns that our family had. I will always recommend them to family and friends that are future home buyers. They have a great atmosphere for clientele, and are very professional.

  I have worked with Scott on my first house and his customer service was outstanding and left a good enough impression on me that I tracked him down 10 plus years later for our 2nd purchase threw HIM!! He really knows how to treat his customers and this time around it was so much easier with majority of the paperwork done on line made it convenient.....I highly recommend Scott and every one at Caliber....Keep up the Great work!!! I would give you guys 10 stars if I could!!!

  Do not do business with this company!!! When we purchased our house, our mortgage payments were specifically supposed to include the tax payments for our lots (1.5 acres). We received notices from the county saying our lots were going to be up for auction because we have not paid. ??? We faxed the information to them. We contacted Caliber, they said no worries, that was our fault, we will take care of this for you. Now, it is after the due date set by the county to pay what was supposed to be paid. Caliber is now giving us the run around. No managers will discuss the issue with us. Each customer service Rep is telling us something different. Now we are looking for lawyers to get this matter settled. Save your time and go with a company that is not being sued by so many people and other companies!

  Caliber Home Loans is a fantastic lender! As a Realtor, I need to know that my clients are going to be taken care of at the same level I will take care of them. Caliber never disappoints. I highly recommend them!
