  Chris was wonderful to work with when refinancing the loan on my home. He was knowledgeable, detail oriented and kept me updated throughout the process. He went above & beyond to be sure everything went smoothly and was always willing to help answer any questions. Chris was highly recommended to me by friends who also went through him for their loans and I know their experiences were great as well. I appreciate all of his work and will recommend him to family & friends!

  Chris Smith group did an *excellent* job at helping us secure a home loan that we absolutely wouldn't have been able to make work with another lender. We did initially have another lender that said that we couldn't get the loan (for a variety of reasons), but Chris knew the ins and outs of the regulations regarding our home loan type and was able to get us our new home! I would HIGHLY recommend Chris Smith Group to anyone looking for a home loan!

  chris smith made my first home loan and even my refinance process so easy and worry free. I would highly recommend him to anyone especially first time home buyers he’s not like other Lenders that over whelm you with paper work. he makes everything so easy and is very considerate of your valuable time

  Start to finish my experience was top notch. First time home buyer without a realtor and Chris and Brady walked my wife and I through every step. Weekends, evenings, holidays, didn't matter; they always address my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Chris Smith and Union Home Mortgage.   Having gone through the mortgage process multiple times in the past I can say that, without a doubt, working with Chris at Union Home Mortgage was far and away our best experience to date. The stream of communication and the weekly status updates to both us and our realtor was wonderful; our realtor remarked that the communication alone blew every other lender she had worked with out of the water. Chris was very friendly and professional. Our entire process was smooth and painless; I never felt like we were being put on the back burner. The best part?! We closed in three weeks.
