      I have always had such a wonderful experience with this bank/ especially branch location & all team staff. Even when there are no answers immediately available, Suzanne, Beth, Susan & Theresa (everyone we have worked with) are always available & try hard to go out of their way to assist & communicate professionally. I have found that when I work with institutions like this, you usually get back what you put in. Mutual kindness, patience & respect is a two way street & we are grateful for the wonderful relationship that we continue to have here!

      Suzanne gave me no assistance or even communication with the home loan process. I applied, submitted everything requested, made follow-up calls and emails, and I got nothing. Not a return call, not an email response, not even a denial after two weeks. Just, nothing. Apparently your applications go into a black hole, and Suzanne is too busy to let you know your loan status. Thankfully I was referenced to much more helpful mortgage bankers elsewhere that were able to get me a pre-approval in less than 48 hours.

      My daughter tried to get a home refinance here. She is an excellent payer, and has satisfied several loans in the past with ZERO late payments. Due to the fact that she had a private mortgage lender for her first home loan (of which there was documentation of a perfect payment history for 2 years), they were not satisfied with the occasional cash payment, even though the private lender verified on time payments. After dragging us around by the nose for over 2 months, they denied her loan. These people are slow, non-communicative, and rude. DO NOT get a loan here!! With the quantity of mortgage lenders around, you'd think they would jump on a good payer with a home value $30k MORE than the amount she was financing!

      Really difficult bank to work with for anything business related. The online site is in desperate need of an upgrade. Their solution to everything is coming in to a physical bank location rather than being able to solve problems in an efficient way online or via phone.
