  Randy Sims and his team always went above and beyond in every step of my loan process. The few times I did leave messages, the team was always quick to return calls and they were very good at explaining to make you feel better. He was always reassuring and whenever I had a question, he made sure to go the extra mile and explain the answer so that I felt better.

  Scott Voelkel was awesome! We were first time home buyers and he had no problem staying on the phone with us and answering all of our questions. He was also very flexible when it came to when we could talk. We both work 8-5 and there were multiple nights we were on the phone with him after 8pm.
