  Drive thru wait always 15+ when there is me and maybe 1-2 other cars. Aftet the wait tellers are rude. Just go to Shiloh.

  First Interstate has some very nice and helpful people...however, this is often overshadowed by their reordering of transactions, and how their online system reorders so you think you have more money than you do. I have had to have them reverse many overdrafts because their bank system reordered differently than their online system, and when I send them screenshots of what it is telling ME, I have in my account, they have to admit their system is deceptive. Not saying it is on purpose, could be bad programming. Today, for instance, I keep getting text notices my account is low. However, their online bank system has not worked since sometime yesterday. I waited forever on hold, finally got someone who bungled a bunch of questions. They said it is beyond their pay grade, and tried to transfer me to someone else... but they accidentally hung up instead. Now I have to wait through the hold queue again... except now that same phone number isn't even working. Great bank, but they need to get their sh** together.

  They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.

  Just needed some questions answered about a loan and the person that helped us was completely rude and got offended just for asking some questions about an account we have with them. No help at all, just threw a number at us and told us to call. Worst service ever. Edit: Called number given to me and they answered our questions within a few minutes and the person we talked to didnt understand why the physical bank didnt answer the questions since it was right there on the screen. As soon as I'm done with this loan I am NEVER going back to this bank.

  I have banked with them for years and have been very happy! I like the local service much better than the big banks. I very much recommend them!
