  Everyone at Cornerstone was fantastic to work with. Audrey was incredibly helpful, patient and always friendly. She saved my transaction at the last minute and was able to work through everything in less than 3 weeks to get to closing. She also provided the reassurance I needed to stick with it and see it through to the end. The online platform from Cornerstone was very easy to use and helped streamline the entire process. The underwriting department was very quick in working through my file. Not only was the process very easy (or as easy as it can be when you are trying to buy a house in a tight market and had your first lender mess everything up so much you almost lose the deal) but if felt like everyone was on the same side, doing what they could to help and working for me.

  As first time homebuyers we were totally clueless. Chris held our hand through the whole process. He made us feel comfortable and supported. He was so patient and helpful.   We relocated to Billings from East TN. Debbie Kay could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. She spoke directly with our realtors on many occasions to ensure pre approval letters were ready regardless of the day and time they were requested. Everything was so smooth and hassle free from start to finish! We really appreciate her service!!

  Debbie Kay was and has been amazing! She was helpful, positive and so much fun to work with. I highly recommend getting a loan from cornerstone, especially if it's a first time home! The whole process can be scary and stressful, but Debbie is patient and so kind nd takes time to explain anything and everything you don't understand. We love you Debbie!
