  This is one company who stand by their clients and customer service is excellent. Their goal is to serve the public and they achieve it at the highest quality. Understanding that EVERYWHERE is short staffed, they try to be on top of things as bast as they can. This is the first company who also treat their employees at a high standard and don't not make promises they can't keep. Berdeena and her staff welcomes everyone with warmth and respect.   Worst experience I have ever had trying to get an atv loan with Berdeena. Everyone definitely do an atv loan with your credit union for better interest with just a motorcycle title for collateral.

  Why are all 3 locations closed on Saturday now. Other banks are open

  Sure it's a nice bank when they're ACTUALLY OPEN. I can't tell you how many times I've come to his bank and gotten ignored for over 10 minutes in the drive thru when I was the only person there.. It seems like the Google opening and closing times arent always correct yet there's nothing on the building or drive thru that tells me the hours.. It shouldn't take me 3 days of attempts to finally get helped by someone.

  This branch should consider getting a coin counter. It would make things very convenient for your MILLS and West Casper customers. I understand downtown isn't that far from either area, but why have the convenience of a bank right next door if they can't offer the same services as other branches.
