  I worked with Julie Condelario and Vladimir Vangelov and they were wonderful! They helped keep me in the loop and understand the rates and costs to make buying a home easier and less stressful. I would absolutely recommend them or any other loan originator at the office!

  These Ladies rocked at helping us through our home buying process! They coached on what we needed to do to have our best opportunity to be strong borrowers for over a year! They did everything they could to help us get the best interest rate possible. They work as an amazing team. I had so many questions along the way, they were very understanding and always answered my questions to the best of their ability. They helped me know what I needed to do and what they needed from me to keep us on track. We are incredibly thankful we chose to work with them. I highly recommend them!

  Wallick and Volk of Casper is amazing! We have worked with both Julie and Vlad twice in the last 5 years on the purchase of two homes. They are wonderful about communicating every step of the way and worked hard to get us the best rates, locking us in and guiding us through the process. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a starting point on prequalifying, refinancing or any other home loan needs!

  I had the pleasure of working with Kristy Bussey, Mikala Castaner & Sara Carroll and the team at Wallick & Volk. This was my first home I bought and it was out of state. So I thought this whole process was going to be very stressful. To my surprise I picked the right lender to help me through the whole process, They answered all my questions quickly and Were all very courteous and a joy to work with.   We've used Wallick and Volk twice now. Both times we had the pleasure of working with Joanne Demorest and the amazing people she works with. Mikala and Sara were both wonderful and on top of things. Any time, we had a question, they answered it the same day. Or if I asked the question after hours, I'd receive an answer first thing in the morning. If I were to ever go through the process again, I would go through these people. They know what they're doing and they help the home buyer through the process so that it's less stressful.
