  Closing on a house whether you are the seller or the buyer can be a painful experience. Nothing of that sort with First International Title in Key West and Mendy, their representative. I cannot find enough laudatory adjectives to describe how she handled that. With a bright smile and a very good sense of humor she didn't leave any of our questions without answers. Her follow-up during the whole process, before, during and after closing has been second to none. I strongly recommend this company and I commend Mendy for a job very well done.   Mendy went above and beyond to ensure our closing was successful. Her personal touch via phone conversations and email follow-ups gave us confidence all would be attended to with great hands-on care.   We had two occasions to work with Mendy. The first time we were buyers and most recently as sellers. We have purchased and sold several properties in Vermont. We had never heard of a Title Company and didn't understand the process. Mendy is excellent at her job. She explained the process to us, with patience, willing to go to whatever depth of detail we required. She anticipated many of our questions. Her depth of knowledge and attention to detail allowed us to understand and appreciate the value of the service a Title Company offers. She is an excellent communicator, able to work with individuals at all levels of the process. She released a lot of our stress. We are grateful.

  Having to sell a home privately in itself is a hard process, doing it from a completely different state makes it even harder. But Raquel and Mendy at First International Title made the process extremely easy, headache free, and as smooth as possible. They were both professional and kept me and the buyers up to date every step of the way. They went above and beyond what I thought they were supposed to do and I appreciate all their hard work.   First International Title took care of our Timeshare sale without a hitch. Their instructions were flawless as we were not present for the closing and the documentation had to be signed in advance. The closing took place on the date promised and the funds were dispersed in a timely manner. Top Notch!
