  I'm new to Florida and trying to get settled in. Laura was very rude and constantly giving me the side eye, due to my backpack. When she requested me to leave it by the door, I happily obliged, but felt the way she did it was very rude. As I got the account set up, I had to get funds from the ATM outside, but when I came back, she started locking the door. I ended up leaving without setting up the account. I will let the BBB know exactly what kind of service you give.
