  Not a good bank to use. Deposit policy on new checking accounts and putting holds on funds are unreasonable. Too many hidden fees and not enough interest bearing accounts for lower balances.

  Ok so I have had issues with this bank since the first time I dealt with them and I'm not even an account holder. However today topped the cake. Over the years I have purchased bonds for my youngest son on his birthday. I bought them from first Tennessee bank. Today we went to go cash them in you know for his first car and they refused to do so because he doesnt have an account but yet they were issued by there bank. I mean are you serious. I grabbed the bonds walked out and said now I know why I hate this bank.

  I want to give a call out (particularly to the manager and potential customers of 1st Tennessee) about the extremely competent and caring service delivered by Susan Harbin. I live in Washington and visit Morristown, Tennessee to see my mother and attend to her financial affairs. It can be confusing. Susan knows everyone and how to get things done. She has a really good head on her shoulders and a very big heart. Hard to find that combination especially at a bank! Makes me feel really good about First Tennesee. Thank you 1st Tennessee and Susan Harbin!

  They were super helpful when I was moving states and helping my get my finances in order. They are super nice and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

  It's sad ,I has been with First TN BANK about 6 year ,Today I choose closed down all my business account! I am sure will miss few people there ,Thank you so much for past 6 year !

  Even though this is a bank main office, it does not have a public restroom.
