      This Darren guy below must for Bank of America bc his comment is absolutely ludicrous. This branch cares more for customers than any other bank or credit union I've used. They sent me a card when my son was born. I can call for Teresa or Amy and get immediate assistance. When you walk in you feel like you've stepped into your own home. Everyone is extremely welcoming and relational. I've never walked out the door without someone asking me about my wife, my child or my job. Fantastic banking experience!

      We use this branch for change orders and deposits for our store. The staff are fast and friendly. I can't rate any other services they provide... Although I still don't trust banks, only credit unions.

      I've been with this bank for roughly 20 plus yrs I have no issues with the service I have received they've always been friendly & helpful however due to their change of hrs closed on Saturday which makes me have to drive further to another branch makes it inconvenient, wish they'd open more branches preferably in Oak Ridge, Tn & Clinton, Tn for starters, other than that I'm a happy customer
