      I've been coming to this bank for over 5 years and will literally go nowhere else. The customer service is always on point, and I have never had any issues. I love the tellers Karen and Tina, and I feel like they're my friends I've been seeing them for so long.

      2nd time in a row they have not posted funds correctly to my account resulting in delays. This has caused multiple late fees simply because of the tellers inability to follow simple directions. I would recommend finding another financial institution.

      If you're not a First Tennessee Bank member go somewhere else for an ATM. The fees here are highway robbery.
