  My Hispanic wife needed a declaration of citizenship notarized and the EXTREMELY RUDE clerk refused her, for what appeared to be ignorant reasons. My wife left the branch in tears and was treated with dignity and respect at another branch where they notarized the document, regardless of what it was for.

  First and last time coming to this location. 3 people at work. One person at the window. Stood in line over 30 min to cash a check on my lunch break!!!!! Just slow! Then the lady at the counter felt she had time for extra chit chat with customers with the line out the door. Super frustrating.

  Terribly understaffed. Often the drive thru is closed because there aren't enough people to work. When you go in there is a line of 4-5 people waiting while other staff members are milling about and only one teller is actively working. Managers and other staff don't stop to wait on the customers there in the lobby. No customer service at all.

  This branch is awesome! I've had SunTrust for years and they've been great to me. I'm a great customer and they recognize that and treat me accordingly.

  Suntrust is an awesome bank in general but this location when you try to call no one answers the phone so if you have questions about your account you need to go inside

  Past few times I have come to this branch the staff have been rude! Not what I'd expect from a southern bank.

  Long time SunTrust customer. Never very busy here. Drive up windows and ATM too
