  FOA was recommended by our realtor. We found that they lost our paper work in the beginning and often we could not get in touch with anyone. Even now, they are not helpful with questions and just refer you to another person. Please shop around before you decide to use this company, we wish we did.

  My wife and I recently purchased a home through Finance of America Mortgage LLC. The two main points of contact were Blaise Menzoni and Kimberly Vassallo. We worked with Blaise on locking in the rate along with the front end details and worked with Kim on the balance. The process was fast and seamless. I was very surprised how smooth the transaction was. All team members were responsive, patient and polite to work with.   As a realtor Dave is always my suggestion to clients as the mortgage person I would recommend. He is knowledgeable, smart, efficient, and best of all, gets my clients to closing with the best interest rate possible and the least amount of closing costs. When my clients compare his company’s offerings with other company’s, his always come out on top. When my clients come to me with their own company in place sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Last November and just last week I had two such cases. When things went sour with their choices they switched to Dave and each had a very good experience. Not only is Dave fantastic, his support staff is the best! Always a pleasure to deal with him. Great person as well as being great st what he does!
