  Just went there. They don’t even greet you, they put your money and transactions on hold without even telling you, not to mention they don’t take a little bit of change for deposit .. but are welcome to help other people cash checks with more change than that. is the first negative experience i’ve had here. Both the tellers there today were rude

  Don't use them even when u make ur payments on time when u try to finance again they decline u even though u have good credit. I'm moving my low likes as they make u feel it on down the road to someone who has a little respect for me and my on time payments.

  Tried to deposit a check and they told me that my account number didn't exist. After repeated attempts and me calling my bank to verify the account number, the teller finally got it to work. Obviously she had mistyped the number and blamed me for having the "wrong number." The situation could have gone much better if she had chosen to be apologetic rather than rude. We will not be using this location anymore.

  I downloaded the application from their website to start a new account. Faxed it in twice, never got a response. When I called to check on it both times, I was told they never received it. So I went in to the local branch on Blair Stone. When the manager came out, he looked at me & my boyfriend (who had on work clothes so his pants were dirty & covered in paint) he actually wrinkled his nose & said he only had room for 1 person in his office. When I went in, though, there were 2 empty chairs. I provided everything he asked for, even driving back to my house for 1 document, but when he found out I wasn't working (at that time) he made another face. I had money to open the account why did it matter? Needless to say that despite his word, I never heard back from them, even as a rejection. A week later a different bank opened a checking account for me within an hour.

  Staff is full of slow morons who discriminate against people of color. Ive had too many issues to count at the blairstone location. The ONLY reason I continue to go there is because it’s convenient..however it’s the absolute worst branch location and I would in no way recommend this place to anybody. The incompetence of the staff is infuriating. They are the blind leading the blind. Save yourself the trouble and bank else where.

  Not the most technologically advanced savings institution I've experienced. Small building and staff. Don't always have a notary. They do offer low auto loans.

  If you go in and need to do more than a teller transaction (open an account, get a loan, whatever) wait for Aena. She is wonderful.

  Staff is great, very knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile. I am very satisfied and happy that I made the decision to become the member of this credit union. This branch is awesome!!!!

  I have been banking with First Florida for about 8 years now. Good location and excellent service. The staff there makes you feel welcome.

  This is a wonderful bank. If you have a good standing with them, they'll bend over backwards for you.
