  I have an auto-debit on a car loan that Proctor Honda forces me to use First Commerce for. I'm trying to change the date of that draft. No menu option or link anywhere to do that in their online banking system. Also nothing in the menu even allows me to see or edit my personal data. Repeated internal messages to them are replied to with, "Call us or come into a local branch." I'm not kidding. THAT's is their remedy. It's 2022, I don't want to call or worse, come into a bank. This should be a simple online transaction that takes 30 seconds. What a joke! For God's sake improve your online banking system so that it's not set to 1998 specifications! Worst experience I've had online since the internet was created. DO NOT USE this place if you're under 75 years old or unless you write checks in the Under 10-Items line at Publix.

  Please don’t use the atms here . If the funds aren’t available in the atm the bank will still take your funds. I guess depending on the card you use. (I did use another card in this case) I’ve been a loyal customer with First Commerce for about 3 years now and I never had this problem before. For the bank to take your money and not dispense your cash is a big problem. This transaction happened last month on December 13 2021. And I still haven’t receive my funds back on my card as of yet. And now the dispute department is telling me it could be another 30 days.:/ I drove up to the middle atm , put the cash amount in the key pad I would like to receive. The cash didn’t come out. But the amount was deducted from my card balance . I should’ve been refunded immediately or the next day. Please keep cash in your atms so this won’t be a problem for other people.. This waiting process is to long and ridiculous. I need all my money :/

  Sat in the drivethru for 1 hour just to get to the ATM at 6:31 and the video teller closed. This bank is complete garbage

  I’ve had an account here around a year now, and there are major perks for student savings accounts (3% interest!). Granted I usually use online banking for check deposits, so I don’t have to deal with going to the bank in person very often. The machine tellers are quite annoying when you just want to deal with a normal human, but if you are just making normal cash withdrawals/deposits they are usually pretty easy to deal with. My only complaint is that maybe about 1/3 of the time I try to cash deposit in the drive through, the machines aren’t accepting cash deposits so I have to either go inside or come back during business hours. Any time I’ve dealt with employees inside they have been friendly and helpful.

  I had a great experience at my First Commerce Credit Union Old St Augustine office. I had several issues to take care of. For example a magazine was charging me subscription fees every month that I was not aware. I also had to renew my debit card and Nathan at the Customer Service desk and his boss Mandi helped me sorting through the whole thing making me feel really good. All very professional even though I got in there almost at the end of their day. Thank you!!! and for them 💯

  I have had various issues over the years but in general I feel like they don't care about me as a customer. Today I was asked to wait outside while I waited for for assistance even though I had proper face cover. After 10 minutes I requested to be able to stand inside due to the heat and was told we don't have a lobby. Huge building and I cant stand anywhere to be out of heat. I was offered to wait in my car where the a/c doesnt work as well if not moving. When I attempted to express my frustration with the individual assisting me, there was no compassion. I really need to find a better bank. I hear good things about BB&T. Time to shop around!

  I opened my account last week and was introduced to the new bank teller machine. After my initial encounter and with help from the teller on the video screen(accessible by touching the screen), I quickly learned how to use the machine. My second time back to use the machine was a breeze. Because I didn't need assistance from a teller, I simply inserted my card and waited for the screen to prompt me on what to do. I really appreciate the receipt I received, it had a copy of the check I just deposited for my records. Technology for the win here at Florida Commerce Credit Union. It literally took me 3 minutes to handle my business.

  Be careful when cashing a check here. Since their inside is closed and their ATMs can not give out change when cashing a check they instead TAKE the change on TOP of their already $10 fee to cash the check! So my fee to cash my check, was MORE THAN $10 since they couldn’t give change. Pretty sure that’s illegal and I wonder how much money they’ve made off of their already paying customers.

  I have been a credit union member for over thirty-years. I did not have a problem until the St. Augustine branch went all tech. It is ridiculous to stand in line only to yell into a machine, trust me, that's what people were doing. Customer service is terrible and the only employees around just sat in their offices with the doors closed. I did not know that the credit union had made so many changes so on my last visit I had a rude awakening when a very young man came out and told me to, "Just talk into the machine". Sure, now R2-D2 is handling my money. Thanks for nothing First Commerce.

  Been a member since 1995, professionalism, communication, always broken atm machines has gone downhill. Worst credit union ever. Sad state of affairs, looks like kids are the only folks they hire that seem to have little training. UPDATE-all lanes down no deposit is totally annoying when you drive across town for a deposit. Improve the technology or pay an employee to be on call for repairs. Do better. Still 1 star.
