  During my initial conversation with Jake, I asked several questions regarding fees and expectation. Every expectation was met and the fees were very reasonable. He was always available and flexible to answer any of the questions. In addition, he was very honest in explaining every item. Two of my close friends have done business with Jake, before I was referred to him and I have already referred a friend to him. If I buy or refinance a property, I will do business with him again, without hesitation.
