      Horrible. They will not allow us to pay off a vehicle outright. They will only accept payments of $3000 per day from an outside account or they make you jump through hoops to attempt a wire transfer. Meanwhile, they continue to charge interest while they wait for it all to clear.

      Totally agree with others in this is the worst bank. this is 2021 and it their website has the functionality of 2001. Forget about trying to move money to another institution.... there is a $2000 (daily limit) yet it takes 3 to 5 days to complete the transaction, during that time you cannot make another external transfer. So if you have two transfers to make it can take over a week.... if you have a loan at a normal (up to date) bank making payments on it are easy peasy....not EECU, it will take you 20 min every month to figure out how to pay your bill with an external account.

      The worst bank I've ever used. They refuse to help over 2 missed payments from over 4 years ago. Terrible banking establishment and I will be going elsewhere. Please don't waste your time here.

      Worst bank I have ever used. Not sure how they stay in business. They don’t take your “ pending” off of the balance.. they wait until it posts and show a totally different balance when other banks take your pending off of your running balance. Worst mistake I made changing checking accounts. Do not recommend.

      Pleasantly surprised are very impressed with speed of loan process &Tammy the officer! Great local bank to work with, much happier with this experience than our prior bank! Already had basic accounts there but has never utilized other services like lines of credit, but they beat the rate &was the fastest easiest experience we've ever had :) plan to let them check our insurance rates next.

      Although most of the local employees at my branch are polite and friendly, (thank you for that at least) the company as a whole in my opinion isn't kind to their patrons at all. For example, as a customer I feel robbed every time I have pending funds coming in but before they are released another transaction comes through that causes a $35 "courtesy fee" (aka "screw you-your years of loyalty isn't worth any grace period with us" fee). I often think that they deliberately hold the funds just so they can charge the fees. Not to mention the fact that their savings account interest rates are pitiful at a whopping 0.15%--just another typical bank I guess. I'd do better putting my money under my mattress where they can no longer use it for their own gain and I'd be fee free.

      Great bank, super easy & friendly transactions.... I just really really dislike trying to get of hold of them, you have to talk to 2 different people before you can even speak to anyone at this location. It’s pointless trying to call, you get transferred multiple times.

      I am always welcomed with a smile and greetings at the Weatherford EECU; the bank's employees are very helpful and friendly. Each transaction they do for me is done quick and efficiently. If I have questions they walk through them with me. I used to bank at W.F.; since changing institutions, I realize that customer service is everything. EECU, has whatever you need.

      We have banked here since 1989. I would like to commend Linda Harris as the friendliest most helpful bank employee we have ever dealt with! She has helped with all our banking needs checking, savings,retirement savings, loans. She is always there to help and is the reason we still bank at EECU. We also have many family members who bank there due to Linda Harris. Days of service are pretty much non-existent in our world today but Linda always goes above and beyond to give all of us superior customer service. Alan Dugger

      Long lines, rude management, lazy lazy workers. They'll let the line go out the door and 1 person working the counter, meanwhile there's 2 workers laughing it up and not helping their customers or their fellow employee deal with the line out the door.
