  They have tons of houses you can choose from if you are looking to rent. They were able to find a friend of mine a home when other companies had turned them down. Lastly, the staff does an amazing job and are very professional.

  After 2 weeks of contacting them they finally got back to me. Stating oh by the way the house you have been trying to get a showing of is sale pending as of this morning. So much for the hours spent trying to get this house. So that my family may get out of our current situation. I pray that the Lord helps my family thru this.

  I am sorry the house got sold before anyone got back to you. The email that I saw was answered the same day, but perhaps there were other messages I didn't see. We do have other homes for sale, and if you would like to look at one of them, I promise we will respond to you immediately.

  Been with first Financial for about 5 years now. Bought 2 houses from them. No complaints here. Pay your rent on time and you will never hear from them.

  I have called texted and messaged finally got a response setup appointment to view property i got in town called while on my way to the property and at that point they inform me it sold just seems very unprofessional I'm more then willing to try them again if they contact me

Please understand that we often get overwhelmed with calls and texts, and it sometimes takes our salesperson a few days to call everyone back. I am sorry that the home you were interested in was no longer available. Our homes sell very quickly sometimes, and we are obligated to take the first person who meets our requirements. I would hope you would give us another chance to find the right home for you. We are always getting more homes. If you let me know what you are looking for, I will ask our salesperson to call you as soon as we have a home that meets your needs, so you could be the first to see it.

  I've looked at alot of there houses , but every time I look at a house I like and then set up an appointment to fill out paperwork n put down payment down , the house I look at is already magically sold !!!! So not a big selection ...

  Thank you for your comments - you are correct - due to COVID our selection of homes is much lower than usual, and because of that, they don't last long on the market. We are trying to get more houses, so keep checking back and don't give up on us!! If you would let me know what you are looking for, I will try to give you a head's up, so you can look at it before someone else grabs it.

  Edited review! Very informative site . I recommend. I do wish they had a bit more selection but I'm sure that varies with the the fluctuation of the market. Upon initial review I had my website's mixed I do apologize
